Also the last Finisher is 6-7mins max so set a timer if you can’t finish it within that time stop. Hope this makes sense 😀 Part 2 (Posterior) is here: kzitem.info/news/bejne/jqV91W2os5iqZoY

Hi Obi! happened to see your first video. Very impressive. The quality of reps, choice of exercises, and form was flawless. Shows the amount of hardwork you have put in over years perhaps. Also demonstrates a deep understanding of skeletal and muscular anatomy, and your focus towards an injury free (or safe) training. **I was interested to know the amount of weight you lifted in the two different sets of Anderson squats that you performed. I do have a fair idea but not entirely sure. Would give me a comparative analysis on applying to my training.** These squats were new for me. Hoping to hear back. Thanks

Bruh, 2 years on, first vid to pop up when I searched “leg day” tried it same day. Felt amazing, like all the leg days I did before this was a waste 😂😂😂 subscribed and liked, let’s go. I already know where to go for “Back day” tomorrow.

I agree that's y I stopped hitting legs for 2 years and now started back up again probably will hit legs 1once a week because my legs grow massively and finding Jean's is a hassle .

@@hypecheessee655 shouldn't stop completely. Just get em to a point where you think they look best while still not being "hassle" and just work to maintain that shape.

Man alive! Can't do all that even with much lighter weights than usual! It is great stuff, my quads burn and I stop killing my joints. Thank you man, great warmup also!
