@@pedrol.1782 , it WOULD BE the best omelet if they actually used quality ingredients...as in, good farm-fresh eggs with yellowish-orange yolks, cheeses, and low-melt oils. i ordered the pan, seasoned exactly as shown, and i have been told that my ham-n-cheese omelets, made with quality ingredients, are epic. get the alegacy eagleware pan (EW1020), salt/oil season the pan properly, blend the eggs with a bullet, shake cook them and keep flipping the omelet on (start high temp, end low temp). add cheese and whatever else you want, and voila... p.s. only add salt/pepper on top of the omelet when plated. salt does some weird shit to eggs during cooking. lastly, NEVER let dishwashing soap of any kind hit the pan...ever! just rinse the cold pan in hot water. otherwise, you will be going back to square one with the seasoning. cheers.

I work at IHOP now so Waffle House tutorials are done for me. but its pretty simple. Scatter your hashbrowns on some oil, through a scoop full of onions on your scattered hashbrowns. Wait until they turn golden brown on the bottom (and yes, you can tell) Flip them, count to about thirty, then put a slice of cheese on top.

Old video, but a great one! Unlike other comments, I did know it was blended in the milkshake blender. My favorite at Waffle House is the omelet and I've watched very eagle eye to make it myself at home. The thing I learned from your video is to heat the pan more then I was prior to adding the egg. I am going to try this trick, thanks! Secondly, you gotta tell me the secret to the hash browns! I am certain they are par cooked and dehydrated. They must be. They are just so light and delicious. I just can't make grated hash browns properly and I can cook! Lastly, the critics in your comments.. wow. Who cares about presentation, uniforms, scoop size or whatever. Truly, some serious douche bag comments. I appreciate the video and the short history lesson.

John 14:6 KJV, "Jesus saith, I am the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." 1 Peter 2:24 NIV, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed." John 3:16 KJV, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life". Romans 3:23-24 NIV, "...for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified by His grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus". John 8:12 KJV, "I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life". Jesus is the only WAY to God, the TRUTH of salvation, and the Breath/Bread of LIFE. ACCEPT Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. Sins separate us from God because He's Holy. All sins will be forgiven and erased through faith in Christ Jesus. God ♥ you, is alive, merciful, faithful, truthful, and is waiting with His arms wide open FOR YOU! For Jesus did not come to establish a religion, but to become a mediator between God and men. Through the Grace of God, Jesus was given to us by paying the price at the Cross at Calvary. Repent and confess from your sins to Jesus and ask Him to forgive you. A sinner cannot save a sinner, only a sinless person can. That sinless Being is Jesus Christ Himself. Through the faith in Christ Jesus, the sick was healed; everywhere He went, He healed the blind, the mute, the deaf, the demon-possessed, raised the dead, as well as performed many miracles; He also walked on water, turned water into wine, calmed the storm with His command, and was raised up from the dead. Miracles are still being seen today! Jesus is our helper, our healer, our refuge/protection, and our strength for when time gets tough. God is standing and knocking at the door waiting for your answer right now because THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS COMING.

Thanks for this video - you solve one of my life's biggest mysteries. I have tried using a blender before but my omelettes still came out flat. What made the difference for me was the higher temperature and "rolling" the omelette around in the pan. I had been lowering the temperature to prevent scorching. This method works awesome! Using an immersion blender works great for me when using this method. I need to get a good pan and season it properly. Using a non-stick pan I am having sticking issues - still come out fluffy but can't get a good round shape. Would love to know more about that lo melt oil you use. Is this Kaoli out or something different? Thanks again for a great video?

It really just depends on how you cook your omelets. If they are your main priority and you babysit them then you can make omelets all day out of the same pan, if you let them scorch then that of coarse would be a different story. Once you get a feel with your pan you'll be able tell when its sticking more than it needs to be and that's usually when you'll need to re-season -Jp

Good looking eggs. Ever try using a microwave? Crazy fluffy eggs. Grease a plastic container, add stirred eggs, 30 or so seconds per egg with the lid on 3 edges to vent the steam, stop to stir every 30 seconds. The major downside to this style is the smell that it gives the eggs, it's unpleasant fresh out of the container. I don't cook using the microwave, but eggs are an exception, impossibly fluffy and takes the shape of what it was cooked in.
