What a peaceful looking place Ellis! I'd be there for the quiet, no need for the tunes on the beach for me. Just some shade and some cold drinks. Looking forward to spending some serious time in the Philippines in the future, so many great sports to check out, and your videos have been awesome for researching local spots! 👍

There are many places around the Philippines like Camiguin that has a lot to offer not familiar to Foreign tourist because mostly they only knows about is either Boracay, Palawan or Cebu. Traveling around the Philippines is not easy as an island nation and can be very complicated but if you are adventure enough you definitely love it here as there's so many naturaI beauty... I suggest you to visit any of this 👉 Danjugan island, Palaui island, Tambaron island, Pandan Island, Ambulong island. Or explore the Cagayan valley region, Mindoro Occidental/Oriental, Romblon, Batanes, Palanan Isabela.

@moondustgirl2132
Жыл бұрын
Sigh, been so busy that i couldn't watch much vlogs lately. But i try not to skip ads for you. Anyway, thanks for showing yet another great island beach in Camiguin. You can tell how beautiful it is that even if it was overcast, it's still stunning. And yes, typhoons are common here as we are in the Typhoon Belt. We are also in the Pacific Ring of Fire hence all the earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, making PH calamity prone. This is really a challenge for our country and is i think one of the reasons why we are not as progressive as our neighboring countries. However, in spite of this, we at least have high economic growth the past years and we're actually among the fastest growing economies in the world now. Hoping lives here will improve in the coming years and poverty will lessen.

23:00 - Those wires spoiled the view. The Carabao (native water buffalo) is our national animal and still used for tilling the ground by many farmers. The milk is also sold. Much richer than cow's. And yeah, i def. don't like music blasting on the beach or any nature spots unless it's soothing music that matches the sounds of nature.

@moondustgirl2132
Жыл бұрын
@@EllisWR Yes i understand. And that is actually the main reason why i prayed for better views on your vlogs - for you to be able to return. We have a term here called "nataon". Don't know the English equivalent. (Something like coincidental.) Maybe it's what happened to you as most foreigners have actually said the Filipinos are among the friendliest in the world and that it's the people here they loved the most. But with regards to tricycle drivers, and also taxi drivers, they are really a problem as i've watched other vloggers complain about them too. It's probably the high cost of fuel and low fare (which is of course regulated by our government) which drives them to overcharge passengers if they can, since maybe some aren't earning enough to support their families. But of course this is NOT and NEVER will be an excuse for dishonesty. They should have just politely asked for a tip. That would have been better instead of lying. Anyway, as i mentioned before, i have reported this to our government and praying they will do something about it. 🙏
