I have so much respect for Japanese culture when it comes to prep , cooking and how to eat and serve the food. Not to mention the well balanced flavors , it such an art to watch .

What a lovely experience, from the ambience to the food! The privacy and personal service makes Ponga the perfect place to celebrate a special birthday or anniversary. I'll be sure to tell my omnivore friends who travel to give it a try! Thanks for taking us along, Shinichi and Satoshi.💜💜

Its really disappointing to see youll eat Foi gras as it the MOST barbaric, unethical & unnecessary food processes that we currently know of. I hope that maybe youll dont know about how its made but if youll do & are STILL willing to pay for the demand of this product then thats just very disappointing & cruel. The production of Foi gras should be made universally ILLEGAL & BANNED from practice. Its one of the most outrageous act of violence & disregard for a species.
