I honestly suggest a psyllium husk powder. If you mix that in water and leave it for even a couple minutes, it’s so thick it’s unsinkable. BUT, that’s the point. Slam immediately after mixing, add a bit of salt so you don’t pay for the electrolytes. If you want the added minerals, buy a multi mineral supplement in capsule form and add it to the water before you mix everything. You’ll blow out your a** in less than an hour. Sometimes it’s 5 mins and then you’ll be part of the one wipe gang. You’ll see what I mean if you do it. Cheers. No hate to the video either but the products are more expensive than necessary imho.

@@RossInverness-xv4zu For an electrolyte solution, the basic recipe is: You mix one liter of water with one gram of table salt (about 1/5 teaspoon) and 60 to 80 grams of carbohydrates. I take raw honey, you can also take a healthy sugar. One liter is a good guideline for an electrolyte drink, but you can also drink more. You can add a banana to it, which includes 422 miligrams potassium. It is about 9% of the daily recommendation of FDA. Bananas have vitamine B6, which helps generate serotonin, a neurotransmitter that regulates melatonin levels. This helps us relax and sleep better. Sleep helps the body heal. Bananas also have vitamin C, which is good for our immune system. Bananas also have dietry fiber that help with food graving. In Asian cuisine, people also use green bananas that have resistant starches, which help reduce blood sugar. Riper bananas have more sugar. Bananas have tryptophan and tyrosine that help general seratonine, which helps with mood swings. Bananas also contain manganese, which helps metabolize collagene. Bananas are used in Asian culture on a face to slow down the build up of wrinkles. If you make a litle of electrolyte you refrigerate it and have a glass daily. If you do not want banana in your eletrolyte drink, you can leave it out and eat a banana.

I used to eat only organic foods, then my professor showed me me that the metadata shows that eating Organic food doesn’t increase human lifespan. So, in reality it’s likely a waste of money, but usually, not always, the farming of these foods are less harmful to the environment. I had a freind who planned a 7 day backpacking trip. She accidentally only packed about 4 days worth of food. She had a bag of Chia seeds that kept her going for the last 3 days. The amount of minerals a nutrients in them is no joke.

I would like to try this electrolyte! ❤ but I probably won't do as much chia seeds since I don't have a digestive problem. But seems good for summer+

The Flavcity powder is not easy to mix and overpriced compared to other keto electrolytes. Go with Dr Berg instead which mixes easily have half the cost. Also keto

Nothing like a long road trip, holding it in pulling over for the nearest McDonald's bathroom for an easy, loose poop 💩 oh by the way a large black coffee please 😂 🚽

No need to add electrolytes, just water is fine. Has no flavor.

Tried the electrolytes with high hopes and I was disappointed, unfortunately. Didn’t mix well in a shaker or with a milk frother. And had an after taste that had that “sugar-free” taste.

For those who may not like seeds texture: Use ground chia for a smoother recipe. Buy it pre-ground. Or just use a coffee grinder or small blender to grind them.

I hate the feelin when I have a runny nose but no napkin and have to run to the bathroom to get some toilet paper. That tickling feeling from the mucus trying to run out of my nose sucks 🥴
