I saw them everywhere in Korea during my few days there. Some places labelled them as croquis or kuruki, so I'm not sure which is correct, but I saw a lot of them.
They're starting to appear in Japan a lot, and bakeries have been putting damands on croissants for a long time, so I think they're very similar.
It's especially delicious when you eat it fresh at home.
This time, I'll keep the ingredients simple. I won't add milk or eggs, so it's easy to measure.
I didn't put the butter in a sheet, but instead folded it directly on top
I tried to make it as delicious as possible with as few folds as possible
