Growing up in a rural area with limited access to libraries, I always felt deprived of educational resources. However, when a mobile library started visiting our community, it was a disruptive change that opened up a whole new world of knowledge. That's the best example I have of what Karen is talking about here!

We are constantly being challenged to ask ourselves do we align with our values in the midst of what is being asked of us, family, work, social. Sometimes it is little things that are not necessarily illegal but just don’t land right on us. These small seemingly insignificant challenges are the hardest to push back on. If you can stay true to your why and your values these challenges form a deep root system that will continue to guide you and draw the people into your life that are like minded and strong leaders and thinkers .
