❤💚 Helen you touched my heart. You are so real and genuine. You talk about positivity yet you are so real and honest about it. And when you teared up when you mentioned being so far away from your family. And how much you miss them. I also dropped a few tears. I miss my children, its been almost 6 years since I saw them last. You said nonetheless.....move back to the good in the process, and that's exactly what I did. I reminisced standing in my friends house almost 20 years earlier; saying to him: "I will probably never have children my condition makes it impossible" How lucky I am for having children and being able to be with them for the years I was with them. 💚❤

It's easy to be positive when you're born into and always happen to manifest favourable circumstances. Spare a thought for victims of abuse, racism, bullying, discrimination and many other afflictions. There are some of us who are constantly stifles, belittled, insulted, attacked, hated so much that simpy getting up & moving is a struggle never mind anything else.

Marleen V Yeah, but it’s hard to put a positive outlook on life when you’re constantly put down from things that just don’t stop.
Ignore this comment as this is a personal msg For michael, Of course im just here for you. If that time comes when we become together, you can gradually adapt a new way of dealing with life. I believe that life has many complexities that must be considered. You probably just overthink because you're empty or bored there. Although words can help you find your own healthy and fixed identity, sometimes, it can also be achieved gradually...maybe by loving or being more in touch with reality/being more grounded while you're with me. I just want you to feel somewhat relaxed because idk what you're doing or undergoing everyday.

just to correct her on the water issue, while it is true that Africans get a long with less water than most other countries. The error is that 3l of water per day is the water supplied divided by the number of people. but many people stay along rivers and other water sources and have no formal infrastructure. In my experience it closer to 20 liters a day, still little but not 3. that would mean they never flush a toilet. well many dont have toilets so its a bit different than what you compare it to in first world countries. A great deal of Africans do not get their water through water supply infrastructure but either from communal taps or rivers

She is talking about Saudi Arabia like she is talking about some country in EU. 1st of all, in Saudi Arabia most women cover their faces so no one can see whether they are smiling . 2nd, in countries like Saudi Arabia women smiling especially in public & while waiting for a cab is translated as come & get it. I think Americans & Europeans go on trips like this so that later they can do a Ted Talk or write a book about it & become famous. Also, those Saudi Sheikhs have enough money to hire someone to do any kinda of research they want. They don't need her.

Alice I would say the important of her lecture is when you feel vulnerable because of negative thoughts and experience change your thoughts to positive. There are millions of people who get stuck in a sea of despair and negative thoughts, some work through it some can't. Remember when she spoke of the water. That in itself was powerful. if you don't believe her try bathing brushing your teeth cooking and drinking with a gallon of water.
