In my opinion keeping mental health (and hopefully improving problems with depression) is a balancing act: It's not just working out the body but investing time and energy in the mind and spirit...exertion and rest...eating well but then also enjoying things too. I realize some people have real obstacles to overcome but with vigilance maybe they can make a good dent in it. Stay well!
