Can architects, designers and consultants better understand the carbon and biodiversity impacts of the decisions being made on what can bve done with existing materials? Is it even possible to source and find compatible re-claimed steel instead of new steel for your projects?
Roy and Tom provide a quick overview of how their companies are enabling steel re-use and how they are driving the industry forward with some exciting initiatives. They share how to navigate the challenges of sourcing, compatibility, procurement, warranties and certificates when looking to design with reclaimed steel from the outset.
