Your ideas on this channel seem really great. Please please please consider plugging in an external mic to whatever you’re recording these videos on. There’s lots of inexpensive USB mics out there that will help your message get heard.

Thanks for that suggestion. I've been sort of dipping my toe in, so to speak, with this stuff, but I recognize the need for a microphone and will push a button on that pretty quickly.

I have no ambition or intentions toward monetizing my efforts. For me, money is a piss poor motivator and I like it that way. That posture has afforded my great pleasure and scores of benefits.

I agree with your idea that guitars can be built with many different non main stream woods…I made one a few years ago out of an apple barrel from the early 1900s… I gave it to a member of touring band and he used it often on stage until it was stolen with some other equipment..

i love your building philosophy and the aesthetics of your instruments. do you have available any high quality audio demos of your guitars? i'm especially interested in hearing your dreadnoughts, esp. after this quote on your website: "Dreadnaught were introduced into my line of guitars in 2014. Only four exist to date but at the risk of sounding arrogant, they’re all killer guitars. There’s just something unique about a dreadnaught sound." cheers!

You can find a few sound sample if you look on my facebook page. It is public, so you should be able to see it even if you're not a facebook member. If you wish to inquire further, contact me through my website. I am currently booked for around nine months, but am certainly willing to spec out an instrument and provide a firm quote.
