Hilga talks about how, like many other young women, she feels the pressure to live up to unrealistic beauty standards. She reflects on the portrayal of women in movies, noting that they are often presented as damsels in distress waiting to be saved by a man.
The media bombard women with countless images of half naked models with a "perfect" body and a gorgeous face. They create the unrealistic expectation that all women must look like that to be seen as beautiful.
Hilga believes we all have to learn to love ourselves the way we are and accept our imperfections, otherwise women will never be able to shatter the glass ceiling.
