@@tnate6004 Thanks for the info. I hope the new stage and audience area will be a lot more bigger than what it is now. I also hope it looks a lot more like the Barker era. @@tnate6004 The Price is Right is always changing locations , if you watch the one video on KZitem of the crew building the Game show sets you'll see that it's built all from scratch every season at their taping locations , it's a very long process which takes an army of people that work like a bee hive or an ant colony it's pretty fascinating to watch an empty building transform into one of the most popular game shows.

51 years TPIR filmed in that studio. Pluto playing Bob episodes that can last for an eternity. I just really really hope the show can invite Bob and get him to the studio anyway necessary if he makes it to 100. If Bob and Nancy (his girlfriend) say it's okay it would just be awesome for all the fans if that can happen. It's just going to be weird not see those two red flower things ( I don't know what they are called) on the floor that was always a staple when Bob and Drew came out.

I don't think he is planning to leave anytime soon, sadly TPIR is not the same without Bob, and I honestly do not think his retirement was all his decision - it's a shame that there were so much controversies behind the scenes MAYBE that contributed partly to his decision., in my opinion I do not believe Bob is entirely happy with the direction the show has taken since, and I would agree too, and I do not necessarily think that Drew was the BEST pick. One of the main reasons CBS is keeping those game shows on the air despite their ratings decline is that they are cheap to produce and cost a fraction of the price compared to scripted series which cost several millions per episode. As far as the current studio it will undergo a little over a billion $ in renovations.
