11:02 You've heard that voice before, but never seen the actor, Robert Rietty, in the show. He recorded a version of Number Two's side of this sequence, which was used on several previous episodes rather than getting the actors who played Number Two in those episodes to record their own versions. 20:19 I think Patrick McGoohan’s availability (or lack thereof) was the issue. Pretty sure the ‘Sherlock Holmes’ disguise was at least partly to help hide the fact that a stand-in was filling in for him for much of the fairground sequence. 21:15 That’s an uncredited cameo by Alexis Kanner, who played The Kid/Number Eight in the previous episode. He also provided the voice giving the briefing in the record shop.

Story I heard was that Living in Harmony was censored in the UK because of the implied drug use. Not sure about the US, but the network played it safe and aired the beginning with a Prisoner ID spoiler. As for this one, it may seem weird, but all will be sorted out in the end…. 😉 And yes, I have seen “You have just been poisoned” glasses for sale.

A particular moment in this episode opened up a popular theory as to the identity of Number 6.

60s censorship was a thing, but what you saw from that scene (in the previous episode) is definitely what was implied. 😳 Plus, yep, they were struggling to find material to work with... Definitely did not feel like The Prisoner, despite a couple loose parallels. (And yeah, the lack of theme was just bonkers.) This latest ep is so out of the blue yet so much fun! It's been claimed it was an unused script from "Danger Man" (McGoohan's prior spy show). "She sticks out like a sore thumb" 😂 too true! 12:44 Yup! The game's afoot! (I had the same reaction when I first saw this episode...) 13:24 have you ever seen the 1965 spy spoof "Get Smart"? They did that sort of stuff all the time. 14:00 another great remark! 😊 15:51 yup! I love No6's way to flush it out as well and then the baddie walks out of the loo as he's trying to go upchuck it. A very trippy episode. 17:17 🏆, my sentiments exactly! 😂 I've got to look up of Patrick McGoohan had any commentary on this. It feels like he's having a great time with making this episode. 19:22 yup! This episode is packed with some great twists and turns. 21:30 true, but this one seems weird in a far more entertaining way 21:55 another great reaction to a goofy line Yeah, the protracted driving scene was padding but then they get to the destination and the episode really begins! 😁 Butcher, baker, candlestick maker... then the bell tower. To me it looked like a parody of locations in The Village... your cutoff is almost at a pivotal point in the episode. Definitely looking forward to your reactions in pt2, but I always do! 😊

Very strange, some of the camp surreaism of the Avengers and late sixties films in this and away from the previous series format . Intriguing to see where it's going .

Yes. I feel that this episode was a spoof of The Avengers TV series, and perhaps similar campy adventure shows the television public likes. “Goodnight, children… Everywhere.” 😄

Given how this episode eventually resolves itself I still find this one much more in line with the overall themes of The Prisoner than 'Do Not Forske Me..' which really grates for me. Perhaps a more enjoyable episode to watch once you've seen it through for a first time.
