There’s something to say about bedroom communities but I do understand the need for commercial and tax base companies. Crime is kept lower in small towns and law enforcement is a sense of pride and security. I believe small towns throughout the nation are seeing the same issues where more people are relocating to.

I am here house hunting and there are way more pro’s than anything negative. I would say the proximity to “good retail” is way overrated and not an issue here, anyway. This is my first time here from WAY out of the area and the sense of community pride is very evident. People are very nice and while there may be growing pains - there seems to be good enough infrastructure where the overall picture is very positive to someone looking at it with fresh eyes.

if you think the traffic here is bad, you know nothing about real traffic. I lived in New York my whole life up until 4 years ago. This is nothing compared to the traffic nightmare on Long Island!

Yeah I bet Long Island is terrible. I guess we don't have it so bad after all.

Great place for entrepreneurs who work from home....working for others---a continually shrinking market (look at the labor statistics future job market). Just made the move to Spring Hill. Higher wages---higher cost of living---with entrepreneurs, the profitability does not impact the cost of living. Franklin is a prime example of small-town gone crazy.

I agree Franklin is starting to spiral out of control. I don't know if you can eally call it a small town anymore. But....It is still an amzing place to live if you can.

You said on your video one of the Cons was that there were not a lot of restaurants, then you said a pro was that you did have restaurants. Which one is it?
@Matt.Bogosian
3 жыл бұрын
The 3 con's that I say in the video are Traffic, Interstate Access, and Lack Of Class A Office Space. Spring Hill has quite a few restaurants now and it seems like they are only getting better. Martins BBQ, 55 South, Nelly's, and Viking Pizza are some examples.

This question begs for a true answer. Is Spring Hill prone to get tornado? Thx.

@@Matt.Bogosian but google says it’s a tornado valley? Spring Hill definitely has really good prospect for good living if it’s not a tornado area.

@@Matt.Bogosian Spring Hill houses pricing are reasonable, low property tax, no state income tax and very high 92k household income are surely a winner.
