Prodigal Sound's Atropos is a dual-sided PT2399 based delay and modulation pedal. Used heavily at the beginning in the intro, the finger-picking combined with the slower delay time and higher feedback, lend to a sort of arp effect. The modulation side is heavily used in the guitar solo proving a modulated tremolo effect, while on the drums it distorts the snare into a winding down feeling.
This feature was shot in the Alabaster Caverns of NW Oklahoma in Owl Cave. Special thanks to the park staff for allowing us to film.
The delay side is a standard PT2399 delay. But the real secret sauce for the Atropos is in combining the modulation side which also has a PT2399 delay at its heart controlling the level of modulation. From wonderfully warm saturated tape warbles to all-out pitch shifting and rhythmic bouncing, Atropos has quite the flexibility and variety. The modulation section also allows for a wave shape selection; Square, Sine, and Random. A self-oscillation switch on the bottom right can hold and lock in a note building to an enveloping crescendo. A knob on the top of the pedal will even set the gauge and rate at which the self-oscillation builds, while the feedback knob sets the starting point for self-oscillation.
Thank you to The Prodigal Sound and all the other demo artists who helped with the release.

As always, a HUGE thank you to Jared Phelps for running the camera and helping make these features a reality. There's no way in heaven or hell I could do this without his help. You can see more of Jared's videos and work here.
