You can make more with daily’s but monthly is way easier to manage. Background checks are a must. No RV’s older than 10 or 15 years. Make exceptions for a well kept RV. Start a laundromat on site. Thank me later

Kevin, what about small RV parks (1-10) slots? Are these as operationally intensive as larger parks? What can you automate To reduce the requirement of staff?

14 is a good number to start with. Without having to get your water system designed by an engineer after 14 you’re looking at a lot more $$$$$. At least that’s the case here in Texas.

In NY 5 or more are an RV park. I'm trying two cabins and two lots with 50 amp water, sewer each. Looking to get 55 a night at lots and 125 month with cabins. Any thoughts would help me.

Bad economy more ppl living in RV’s. Good economy more ppl traveling in RV’s. Do yourself a favor and build in Texas. Stay away from the coast. DFW or around the Austin area.
