Film Synopsis:
"Race Across America 21-The World's Toughest Bike Race," a documentary film by director Devon Hoff-Weekes, cinematically follows the four-person race team; James Cowan, Alex Isaly, Rudy Napolitano, and Rahsaan Bahati of Team Thin Energy / Bahati Foundation, as they compete with a purpose in the world's toughest bike race.
The story unfolds with the adventures and spectacular endurance of these amazing athletes starting the race in Oceanside, California, known for the longest piers on the west coast, to finish at City Dock in Annapolis, Maryland, the east coast sailing mecca.
The film slams over 3000 miles, 175,000 feet of climbs, crossing 12 states while capturing amazing landscapes and tremendous geography behind the screens over six days. Spoiler alert, Team Thin Energy/Bahati Foundation wins first-place and had the overall best time in their category.

DEVON HOFF-WEEKES
Devon a former junior and professional cyclist is a graduate of Columbia College Chicago, where he studied Film and Television and earned a degree in Film. Since graduating, Devon has worked on various television and independent film projects in Hollywood and became an entrepreneur who provided entertainment services by launching his own film equipment rental business. Devon is passionate about invoking change, increasing diversity, and giving a voice to the voiceless in Hollywood while encouraging social conversations and positive change.
