When I was very broken, I reminded myself that. All I had lost - bottom of the barrel, like the power of a single flame, it burns as bright as a star when it is all you have left. So easy to take for granted, but when you have nothing you can find equilibrium in just finding that light, no matter how small, follow it, keep it alight. When brightness returns to your life you may forget... But then you will be reminded.

Literally, my issue with tefila is if Hashem is all good why do we pray for anything? Everything Hashem does is good.. so I don't understand begging Hashem for helping sick people..or any other wants we want..

But whomever made the story describes is as the nimshal of what bothered him... which bothers me too. G-D is great HE does not need me to beg for things.. so it is confusing..

Your anger at the story is rational, however the parable could be completely rationalized with there being a single channel or break in the reef that the tanker had to bypass first. The entire point of the story is about the onlooker's perception of the situation, and how they are making assumptions without all of the full information. The jumping around that is seen as pointless because of the man on the island seeing everything with his perception, failing to account for the ship captain's likelihood of having advanced sight. Perhaps it is only external perspective thinking that the turn signaled sight of the son, just as the onlooker didn't even know what the boy was jumping about for in the beginning. The same external perspective could explain that the boy needed not to jump around to be seen, as he was already seen, and he was merely rejoicing that his salvation were upon the horizon. Neither of the things that you hate seem to be solidified in the story.

The lost princess teachings is one that I am interested in. Do you have a link for that one? This seems similar to how HaShem has told me to go get my wife from Japan, which is intriguing considering the dragon lore there. One point of contention for the presence of dragons, is the Japanese zodiac. The claim is that the other 11 animals being actual animals makes it unlikely that a 12th fictional one be added. Of course a simple truth is the Torah would not discuss something that does not exist, either.
