Hang in there buddy! Sometimes we need a break from things. Hopefully I'll catch you at one of your car&coffee this year. Getting close to finishing my supercharger project. Take care! 🏁

Brother, you have a full plate! No apologies needed for us. We'll be here if/when you drop videos. Health and happiness to you and your family. (I'd rather eat a bug than have to move, but it's in my future as well!) 😂

God bless you, friend! The wife and I picked up a case of the nasties ourselves during our Christmas trip, no fun at all. Praying for you to have stress relief, now and through the move.

If it is any help to your reputation, I, as the owner if a 2005 GTO, can attest that the probability of that car reaching it's destination if pretty good. The newer GTOs are great cars! The only real problem I have had with mine is the stitching of the leather seats giving out. They are still comfortable.. but look bad. The reason I came to your channel was because of your XLRs. I just bought one and I am researching all I can to find ways to maintain it so as not to have the problems I read about on line. For instance.. do you think I should restrict how many times I shop off how the top folds? Will that wear it out or keep it limber? I hope to see you back again soon.

Thank you! As for the top on the XLR...I'm not a big convertible guy so I rarely put the top down but I would think it's good to exercise it regularly and let it do what it's intended to do.

@@ExtremeAutomotiveAddiction Thank you for your reply. I am not a rag-top fan myself. My first four cars were convertible rag tops.. including a fold-away on my '64 T-Bird.. Living in Michigan.. a canvas top is a detriment most of the time. During the eighties and nineties , I've had three T-Top cars and a Jeep wrangler with a removable hard top... In the 2000s I acquired two C4 Corvettes.. with removable roofs. But I agree with you.. in all those years.. whether because of rain or cold or wind or heat.. it was always better with the top up. I think I would have bought the XLR even if it's roof was not able to retract. I've seen few cars like her.
