OMG... Just you mentioning the things you would have burned out from, is valuable to me. Because - they are things I don´t burn out from. And I´ve struggled my entire career with stress/boredom/burnout. It all comes down to how we are build and what gives us energy rather than take it.

I gotta say, while I'm not a fan of foul language, and I usually change the channel when someone starts using it - I'm a fan of Gary. He dishes it out straight. I listen to him because he doesn't hand out the warm & fuzzies. No candy. Tough love. And I appreciate it 1000%. We need more straight talk like that in today's world. @GaryVee if you read this - thank you! I need to hear it just as much as millions of others.

Loving the realness and the reminders to shift perspective! Your candid conversation about self-esteem hit home - realizing it's about loving ourselves, not hating.

I think kind candor is the one thing that actually does come naturally to me. And I’m not talking in a rude, or demeaning way, but, for example, my wife is a wedding photographer, and when she asked my opinion on the photos she takes, or the work that she does, it comes naturally to me, to really give her honest, albeit somewhat harsh feedback, in a loving way, but only because I’m close to her. Is the same way with my family. However, with perfect strangers, I’m much more likely to give false compliments, as I don’t trust people I don’t know to respond negatively to criticism. My intent is never to hurt their feelings, I only want the very best for them.

Some psychotherapy on the stage. Joke aside, he's right about the "it's not your fault, someone put it in you", reminded me of Good Will Hunting. And what a good speech Gary had.

Helping others comes natural to some. Most people are only good at helping themselves. For many people, helping others is an effort, but a worthwhile effort.

Tomorrow is due date of rent of my factory and sales office and i have no money because 3 days ago was due date of my debts to suppliers. I have a week to photoshoot and i have to set outfits and models. Tomorrow i have to meet sales office to check customers and give the team outline then give my sampling team a lot of to do list to work on them then work on production line programs then talk to outsource factories. I know i will clear all of them tomorrow but man i feel burned out

It will get better man, trust me. One of the most real things about life is that it changes. Believe in “this too shall pass”. I know whatever you are going through right now, it will change for the good. Be strong my man, for a bit longer.

I can't believe people pay for this guy. His "advice" is coming from his life's experiences only, and can only apply to himself. If you think you can take what happened to him and apply it to yourself with success, then you've just been made a new customer of his only. His luck, is his luck, and it won't rub off on you, no matter how much you listen to him. You'd have a better chance if your parents owned their own wine store and handed it over to you like his did to him.

Gay supposedly has 4.18 million subscribers and only 2.2k views in 2 hours and 18 people have commented on this video. 😂 I bet KZitem taking out links in shorts is tearing him apart 😂. I really feel sorry for all the new kids that he recruits. They just don't know the bean under the cup game.

And what does Gary say when a kid fails and then commit suicide? Does he still love it? 😂 Is his advice the same? Does he smile at the parents and say oh well I stick with what I originally said. Let's hear your great advice.
