Although the idea of female ordination seems unthinkable in some evangelical contexts. Scripture and various elements of Reformation theology come together to present a solid base for women in ministry. Baptism, the priesthood of all believers, and the diversity of gifts are some of the important elements that provide this solid foundation.
Viktorya Zalewski Baracy is a professor, master of linguistics and literature (UFPR), and licensed in linguistics and literature: Portuguese/German. She lives in São Bento do Sul (Santa Catarina, Brazil) and is currently studying theology at the Lutheran College of Theology along with her husband, Nicksson. She has worked to bring Christian egalitarian research to the forefront in Brazil.
