Nice work but damn I'd wear some headgear and move all the furniture and other objects with sharp angles even further away. Call me a pussy but you can never be too safe, especially when it comes to stuff like MMA. Subbed, though. Keep up the work

Definitely agree with moving the objects away but headgear sucks for MMA, all it does is protect you from scratches. It's scientifically proven that it makes no difference in the brain damage that you get.

@@ihs200 I know it doesn't lessen the brain damage, but it protects you from cuts, abrasions. And MMA gloves can cause those very easily. I understand that it might be uncomfortable, especially in a grappling context, but still I recommend it, especially for harder sparring.

@@ihs200 for some reason it's better mentally though. People get less afraid of punches and get more active so they can put in better work rather than being too on the back foot to avoid getting punched.

@@denizkenger52 I used headgear for my first couple sparring sessions and hated it. It blocked my vision occasionally and just made it much WORSE to get hit. I feel like I took way too much unnecessary damage. I now actually focus on head movement and I'm much better now that I stopped using it. Obviously everyone is different but that's my experience

The rear naked choke opportunity at 00:48

His positioning was not ideal for a rear naked on my opinion. He was just a bit too below the neckline for that. It looked like black shirt was going for a throw, but white shirt posted with his hand.

real good and fun and ik that its light sparring and its so well done but i feel (js my opinion) that the one with red gloves should maybe kick faster? or at least pull back quicker to not get his lag caught
