I love your speech you’re the most motivational person I’ve ever heard. Soon I will subscribe to your course program on your website. I have graduated on business informatics 3 years ago, but haven’t felt confident enough to fit in the field. Can’t wait to be your student, and i hope one of the best students 🙏. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

This is the kind of stuff that needs to be taught to everyone from birth. Make a list of 3 things you hate doing, then do them. For me, it was: (1) Getting up early and going to the gym, (2) getting up without hitting snooze, (3) and going to bed on a set schedule. Doing these things actually caused me to feel depressed, because I felt like I was in my own world, separated from everyone else, and the world was passing me by while I was busy doing these things. But, that only lasted a week or two. I quickly began to notice my energy was better, my mood was better, I was more productive at work and home, and I didn't feel so rushed all of the time, so the time I spent with friends and family became higher quality. Make yourself do crap you hate doing - the benefits are manifold and, often, you can't even calculate what they are until you start seeing them happening.

Just discovered your channel like two days ago and I have been hooked on it. Your simplicity in explaining the Database pathway was enlightening and deeply reinforcing for me. Thanks!

Hello from Russia! Besides the facts you mentioned in the video, cold shower is considered one of the ways to enhance your immune system, it's called "закаливание" (hardening, toughening up) in Russia. Military service is mandatory in Russia for men and untill recently most of the barracks didn't have access to hot water supply, so soldiers had to use cold water to wash themselves in the morning (and their feet before they go to sleep, it actually makes you get to sleep faster). Although it's not the same as cold shower, but still. Also siberians in Russia considered to be the most endurant and toughest amongst others, I guess it's partially due to their exposure to different climatic conditions, including extremely cold winters and quite hot summers.
