Potter or Copper no thank you. As always it's great to hear you guys talk about all things insightful about Brighton & Hove Albion FC. My prediction for our new manager is Giovanni van Bronckhorst.

The problems I have with Potter. 1) The number of fans that boo'd was relatively tiny in the ground, yet Potter wanted to take issue with it. He doesn't understand, you cannot please all of the people all of the time. Rather than take exception, he should have said nothing. So will the fans forgive his snide comments. 2) Potter while manager kept talking of the "Long term project" and then the first wad of cash waved in his face, and he was off. So if he came back, would he stay? 3) The way he left, it wouldn't have been a surprise if he had taken all the office furniture and the fax machine. It is like the joke at a job interview, "What can I bring to this role? The photocopier from my last place!" As to his manager style, Potter is good in defence, but I remember many problems attacking with minimal touches in the box or shots on goal. RDZ was the opposite, great going forward, but defence was at times suicidal. With the club not getting their first choices, I do think they need to be more structured than looking for future talent. So should the board chat to Tuchel. He did indicate interest in the role.

Still think the union saint gilloise manager Alexander Blessin is looking good at the moment. Just won the club a trophy and beat Liverpool (at home) in the Europa League, former youth coach at RB Leipzig...looks decent (62% win ratio last season) Come on Tony, do your thing!

How many supporters would have even noticed the existence of De Zerbi, say, 3 years ago? Who's to say another unknown isn't discovered and steps in?

I’m quite surprised that the club pinned all it’s hopes on McKenna to be honest. Yes. we don’t know basket case if a club Chelsea were going to part ways with Poch that day after we said goodbye to RDZ. Just think that it was too big a gamble to hope/think McKenna would join us anyway. No to Potter, he didn’t want us last time. Has Bloom got another Ace up his sleeve?? Time will tell I suppose?? Do an end of season awards please

What if 'moving forward' means ending up like Southampton, Leicester (or earlier teams like Sunderland) ?

Let’s see Potters return as a consolidation move and manager. Suits both parties atm. When we are ready to move on in a year or two we take the initiative and look elsewhere
