i came from a very rich country. Police and government took my sister and me out and went out of hell i thought first. Unfortunately we get from foster to foster care and i went up with 8 years in a Institution. It was like in a military base i served later with 20 years. i got nothing in my life. never nothing. no one who believed in me and my class teacher where that mean to me because i came from that institution. I cannot describe how i went that faraway out of the society and the community. Today i getting 33 years and i have nothing achieved. Respect for those kids who get out of their situation with such an great man and teacher. My faith in humanity is restored. Thanks for sharing that movie

The next generation when we treat them like that. Nothing more and nothing less. The only losses we have are not giving them a fighting to be than a part of chart where we count all that's wrong with our society. When I lived in one of these communities, everyone protected each other but hostel towards outsiders. If no one knew you there, you'd be asking for something to you after dark. I still can't forget the infighting between members that I had to ignore. If I started, I'll only stop when I'm dead. Everyone I met, was a good person in my eyes having to live with crime staining their lives, just cuz they couldn't make ends meet with jobs that don't risk your life. Life is precious. This movie feels very rare to me. The students felt real to me like the ones I studied with, as a kid.

Wow, What an incredible story. It literally brought tears to my eyes. Mr. Ron Clark is more than an amazing teacher , he's a blessing to children who have lost their way in the educational system. His dedication to these children is something rarely found in today's schools. I guess it might be safe to say, if a student find one self assigned to a teacher with the surname Clark , ( Joe and Ron ), They'll be educated from a sincere, devoted and loving heart.
