Rose Apple Pie has been quite popular in the past, and I recently discovered it thanks to a request in the comments. Thanks to that, I tried my hand at creating a beautiful rose myself!
I used the puff pastry method to create a pie crust that is crispy and has a pastry texture. The thin slices of apple, shaped like roses, are baked in the oven, resulting in a delightful combination of crispiness and softness!
While making it, I found that having a spacious area is essential. You can use a baking sheet like I did, or simply work on a flat and firm surface. Even if you don't have a pie cutter, using a regular kitchen knife works just fine. If the dough becomes too sticky, make sure to chill it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Be cautious as the butter might stick to the rolling pin and cause the pie crust to lose its crispiness if it melts and sticks.

Recipe for 6 pies
Preheat the oven to 356°F for 10 minutes, then bake at 356°F for an additional 30 minutes
Fold both horizontally and vertically three times in total

Cake flour: 160g
Butter: 120g
