Was run at King's Park in Perth and Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria in Melbourne at dawn. It's freezing in the winter but lovely, great memories.

Do you know any heart rate equipment that vibrates? Let’s say i set my heart rate to 134 and I want something that tells me when i pass that number during a run so i can keep it lower than 134 at all time. Either a watch, wrap, body strap? I hate looking at my watch every minute to check my heart rate

Yo! If you've got a Garmin you can set a device alert specific to dropping below a certain heart rate 😁 not too sure about other watches/devices that may be able to do it🤔

Never quite measured this accurately, but I'd say between 2500-3500 calories depending on what stage of a training block I'm in!
