Most of Spider-Man's scenes that are emotional or reaction from pain tug at your heart. Tom Holland has a remarkable ability to seem innocent and very much someone that can pull at your heart strings. He has a very simple and loving personality. His whole soul has been projected for the masses to see. A naive happy go lucky peter Parker usually is the one to say the things we are usually thinking ourselves. A child like mentally in the sense he calls it like he sees it. He is empathetic.

I love the nuance in the situation. It's implied that the fan already knows it isn't because Tony wouldn't be willing to make such a sacrifice, we already know he has developed past that. Rather it's because knowing what is required would cause it not to happen, wether it's because Tony would try and find a different way or someone else would try to and it would lead them down the wrong path. And also just so not to spoil it for the watcher.

Thor just lost a young mortal brother in arms, someone who he had begun to respect and being warrior himself, he witnessed Tony sacrifice everything he held dear for the greater good. Whereas for Cap, this is the moment where he is recalling his comments made to Stark years ago about being selfish and such and now regrets all the times he questioned and fought Tony over morality, even though in the past he was able to justify their differences, as Cap had the moral high ground, this time cannot, because in the end Tony went and did the most selfless thing possible and at a time when he had everything to lose, I mean at this stage he could’ve probably wielded Moljnir moments before he passed away…

@jawnpubg149 In Infinity War, Tony asked what happened in the one possibility that they won, and Strange himself explicitly stated that if he had told Tony, it wouldn't happen. So no, telling Tony wouldn't have resulted in the universe being saved. There is no probablys, no maybes, nor pretty sures. Strange said that all this and everything single that occurred was the ONE scenario where they win. If even a slight detail had changed, they'd have lost and istead of the Endgame, it would've been Game Over lol. In the moment, Tony probably knew it once Strange held up his finger to him in Endgame to remind him of the one chance they had. We've also known since the first Avengers movie that he'd willingly sacrifice himself, especially after everyone was snapped back and now that he has a daughter. But even then, if anyone else were to find out before the moment he actually did it, they'd probably end up trying to find a way to save Tony and just mess it all up. For instance, Spider-Man most likely would've still tried to save him as he's the type of hero to not conform to whatever fate tells him. As seen in Across the Spider-Verse, Edge of Time, and even in No Way Home where he defied Strange when he was told that the villains of the other Spider-Men were destined to die

That’s always been my favorite part of the deleted scene. Everyone is bowing in respect, but Clint, the one who started it in the first place, drop to his knee because he was in anguish.

It’s even more sad when you think of how he started: a selfish billionaire and slowly evolved making many sacrifices along the way, it was just this sacrifice that took him out but he was always ready to die for the greater good

This is something that I’ve actually pointed out. It honestly makes sense that he was the one who did this. Because despite so many saying he’s selfish, Fury deciding at first that he wasn’t fit to be in the Avengers because he’s not a team player, Ironman proved many, many times that he was willing to sacrifice himself to save everyone else. Redirecting the bomb in the first Avengers. Going at it with Thanos with everything he had even as his suit was destroyed. There are other times as well. But, I think that willingness to sacrifice himself to save everyone else is why Dr. Strange saw that it was their only chance of winning. And the moment when Tony looked at Dr. Strange and he confirmed that this was the one chance… and Tony/Ironman didn’t even hesitate.
