Here are the ingredients for making this Cashew Pakoda(Munthiti pakkoda)
Cashew - 100 gms
Gram flour - 150 gms
Rice flour - 70 gms
Ginger - 2 tbsp
green chilli - 8 nos
Arai Keerai - A half bunch
Coriander leaves - A half bunch
Oil - 50 ml
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
