Chicken breast with honey-ginger glaze.
Ingredients: chicken fillet 600 g, flour for sprinkling 50 g, garlic 20 g, ginger 20 g, butter 30 g, olive oil 30 g, soy sauce 50 g, sweet chili 30 g, honey 30 g, spring onions 20 g. Sesame 2g. Salt/pepper to taste.
Garnish: Zucchini 200g.
Recipe: Cut the chicken fillet in a diamond shape. Salt and pepper.
Dredge the fillet in flour on both sides. Fry on both sides in an oil mixture in a preheated pan. Until golden brown. Add ginger and garlic. Fry for a minute. Add zucchini cut into cubes. Roast for another 5 minutes, constantly turning the breast and stirring the zucchini. Add soy sauce, chili, honey and add 100 ml water. Cover with a lid and simmer until the liquid has evaporated and reaches a sauce consistency. Add spring onions and sesame seeds.
