Thanx for this sharing. You would have difficulty to manipulate and control my very old neighbourg (born in 1926) who listens to your advises, just to ensure to do the opposite of what you are expecting. It is a common PASSIVE AGRESSIVE strategy. Peace & love

@@1sanremy I'm thinking the purpose of what they are teaching is how to become better communicators or better conversationalists, but I can see how it can be used to manipulate and control others too when it is used in the hands of a not so nice person.
