Hi guys! I really like the positive energy and genuineness you have in all of your videos. Sorry for all the comments about Kosovo, you are not obliged to know Serbian history and political situation to make videos about Serbia. Kosovo is a big topic and a problem for us and this is why so many people are mentioning it. For places you could visit, I recommend Novi Sad and Subotica as city visits. For nature, I think western or southern Serbia is the best option

But then how would Americans buy our natural resources, telecommunications, etc. Yeah, they also made a military base even we didn't want to participate in dispute between them and Russia and China. It's exactly what they are doing in Ukraine right now. That is their way of helping. I also started to doubt that Americans and Russians play together and on surface pretending to be enemies. We let those ungrateful Albanians in our territory so they can educate themselves and what we get as thanks? Knife in the back. They are like Bulgarians. Just NATO/USA didn't have any right to involve on our land, let alone bombarding and killing civilians, destroying non-military buildings and other stuff they did. Like cluster bombs that are still existing somewhere, and Nuclear waste too. Also, cluster bombs are forbidden in wars, if I heard correctly? But it's obvious that rules don't mean shit to them. Did anyone pay us for all the dead civilians, bridges, buildings that they kill and destroy? I don't think so. But they know to call us a genocidal nation. Imagine, the USA calling someone genocidal. That is the most ironic and funny at the same time. Americans, did you forget what you did to real Americans? Also, where are they? In the cage you call reservations? Disgusting!

I just hope that with some miracle we can return Kosovo back, but even then it's polluted from the nuclear waste those morons throw onto our land. Not just in Kosovo, even in Serbia. Not to mention cluster bombs that are forbidden in the wars. Just see statistics how much cancer patients grew from the war until today and see percentage before the war. It will need at least 70 more years to be livable like before. But NATO/USA already accomplished their goal. They build military base, bought natural resources and telecommunications. Now, their new target is our neighbor Ukraine. How can Ukraine be so naive to think Americans are helping them? Are they also brainless like our people today? Now Ukraine is in Europe, but before it wasn't and still western Europeans are thinking how superior they are from Eastern Europe. @rosanamorrow9114 The Serbian state was among the first 10 countries in the world to develop its own aircraft production. Originally, only the parts produced in foreign factories were assembled, but very soon, the production of domestic components began, as did the engineering. The forerunner of the domestic aircraft industry was the Airplane Workshop (Aeroplanska radionica), which was established in 1920 at the airfield in Novi Sad. The trial series of Hansa-Brandenburg C.I. was assembled. The series was named SBr, as this type of plane was known in Serbia as srednji Brandenburg ("middle Brandenburg"). From 1923 to 1941, there were seven aircraft factories in Serbia, four of which were located in the capital, Belgrade, and two airplane engine factories. Also, some planes were produced in aircraft workshops, aero clubs, and private workshops. There were also factories for aircraft equipment and workshops for the repairs and overhauls of aircraft, engines, and components. A significant boost to the industry was a decision by the state in 1926 to acquire over 800 fighters and several hundred trainers and school planes. Additional foreign licenses were obtained. P.S. Please learn to write English first before replying.

As for other cities you can visit, there is Novi Sad, the second largest city, which has an Austro-Hungarian and Central European vibe, or Niš, the third largest city, which is more Balkan and was part of the Ottoman Empire in the past. Zlatibor as the largest tourist place in Serbia, Mokra Gora tourist village. Subotica center of art nouveau architecture in Serbia. etc,etc Serbia has gone through a difficult period in the last 30 years of wars, sanctions, and isolation, and despite all that, today it is developing rapidly, but there is still a lot that needs to be done.

Ans last but not least, Kosovo is Serbia. Since you ar from Germany check out Serbian OCILA on Laipzig monuments. How did that got there? BTW Cao is for Hello and as a goodbye here.

Here's a tip how to get that condo you said you'd like to have: get hooked up (possibly marry) a serbian folk singer. They are the highest paid people in Serbia and earn immense, like really huge amount of money. Most of the folk singers have condos over there. They (I mean, female singers) are heavily remodelled with hialurinic acid and botox, but some can be pretty. You can pose as their manager in Europe as this is where they earn most of their money from, help them/her close the singing deal and get close, voila, condo's there. 😂 Good luck❤🎉😂

The buildings where you showed the flags belong to the Government of Serbia, many ministries are located there, so it is normal that the flags are on those buildings. Across the road is a building with a large poster of the Serbian Army, it belongs to the General Staff of the Serbian Army, which was bombed by NATO in 1999, so that poster covers the ruins. Also, according to the Serbian constitution and the United Nations statute, Kosovo is an integral part of Serbia, the southern province of the country where you are. I wish you all the best and recommend that you visit Novi Sad, Sremski Karlovci, Sombor and Subotica in the north of the country, in Vojvodina, and visit Nis, Pirot, Stara planina in the south. Eastern and western Serbia are also very beautiful.

The Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia has released the 2023 annual average salary per employee, which amounts to RSD 1,423,188 (approx. EUR 12,160). So, around 1000 eur per month, albeit many have less than that if they work for the state company or in govt. offices. School teachers and professors, librarians and so on, make around 800 eur. per month. In Belgrade, average salary is highest, and it is around 1300 eur. But, again, teachers, professors make same as in Serbia everywhere, around 800. In some other parts of Serbia, average pay is way less than 800. So, that is a big issue here. Big cities like Belgrade and Novi Sad boost that statistics, while most of the country is struggling.

Best way to go back is by taking the regio train so you can stop at Sremski Karlovci (about 10min from Novi Sad), wich is located on the same route you took to Novi Sad (The SOKO train just doesnt stop at that station). And then you can go back to belgrade with the same regio train.

Not many Serbs live in centre of Belgrade cuz it's more of an historical site, we live in neighborhoods 10-50 mins of bus drive away from centre and there's where you will find modern and new buildings (Not counting New Belgrade and Waterfront). People usually miss those cuz our city is literally in a massive forest, as an example: ustanicka street has like 10+ parks and in each park you have 2-4 rows of building blocks, 3-4 shopping malls and just too many different types of restaurants and caffes but from the street you don't actually see anything because of trees or like old buildings that are ALWAYS in front of new ones lol that's why I like to encourage foreigners to explore you'll always find something interesting to see. My tourist suggestions are Eastern City Gate (Konjarnik Neighborhood near beo shopping mall), Cerak (Weird Cool Buildings), Vidikovac (Weird Brutalistic Buildings), Neighboorhood around St Mark's Church (gotta see it) and oh almost forgot Sumice it's literally a beautiful massive park with a really great 'forest restaurant and caffe' you can grab a quality drink there and suprisingly good pizza (Italian style not American tho). Still I highly reccomend getting 'lost on purpose, so no google no maps you literally just get on a bus and end up somewhere random lol. For some reason images we all see on google really suck tbh.

I am surprised that nobody explained you those ruined buildings covered by a huge poster which you call "military advertisement". Those buildings were indeed the general military headquarters of the country (something like the "Pentagon" in USA), and they have been bombed by NATO in 1999. Afterwards, they were never renovated (so far), but still stand ruined in the city center as some kind of monument and keep memories of the NATO aggression.

In Belgrade there are no big price differences betwen lux and regular restaurants, those top restaurants can be maybe 20% more expensive but that is max. In general service and food is the best in restaurants with tradition and where you see many locals going. Those lux restaurants more play on the "looks" than actual quality food/service. That "random" building you pointed at 7:28 was actually beautiful pre-ww2 era building, but it was bombed in ww2 so communists after the war just rebuilt it to be like this. And in the next few months they will demolish it and rebuild it as it was before ww2, it will be cultural building with theaters and other stuff. Original buildinf was designes by architect Korunović in unique Serbo-Byzantine style, and it will be complete replica of that building. It is also part of Belgrade Waterfront project.

Safety in Serbia doas not change wherever you go its pretty much the same, actually rural parts are most likely safer. The main reason for safety in Serbia is i think cultural and mentality of regualar citizens especially males. If anything bad happens all you have to do is scream for help and in no time people will be there even tackling down the robber. So yeah its completely different then most of the world. Its not just about fee when spraying monuments its about patriotism so even teenagers know socially its not acceptable so its a no no. If teenagers do such stuff you dont need police here as i said, random dude would walk up and kick their ass.
