In 1975, I was captivated by the enchanting sound of a guitar playing "Apache." Fast forward to 2024, and I found myself once again immersed in that same sensation. The music resonated with my soul, effortlessly transporting me back in time and compelling my spirit to sway with the enchanting melodies and rhythms. The rendition of "Apache" by The Shadows remains unparalleled.

Two examples of much better guitar musics of the same time/style: 1) The millionaire I love many versions, this is my favorite: kzitem.info/news/bejne/tXim1o1tcGuqZWk 2) Also much better than Apache: Baja kzitem.info/news/bejne/tn6YyYlreqSidYY Look for musics of the Ventures, like Walk Don`t Run 64 (much better than Walk Don`t Run, by the way), Pipeline, The Lonely Bull, The Cruel Sea, and many others. Apache is good, of course, but keep looking for more fantasric guitar music.

Thanks to the Shadows, I became interested in guitarplaying I was fascinated by their sound ever since I was 14 years old and over the years I bought a lot of Shadows records later on at the age of seventeen I tought myself how to play the guitar by listening to their music and trying to play simultaniousely to Hank's lead guitar and I was quite successful in doing so later on I could even play most of the songs blindly on my Stratocaster or Telecaster with a small band backing me up on Bass and Drums, and so we performed for some of our friends in the Seventees. I would like to thank the Shadows for their good inspirations that I received from their music over the many years that I have been playing guitar, now I am slowing down with my playing due to age but I am still enjoying playing and I always will. I thank the Shadows for all the good music you gave us, you have been a good inspiration for many guitar-players all around the world. Thank you so much! Best wishes, Chris G. from Vienna, Austria
