I just received my beautiful knife from this maker. Had a friend get it in Taiwan. 100% recommend it for hunters and fisherman and anyone else who use a super sharp bone crushing knife to cut up any animal or fish. I cut deer bones like it was soft butter. Amazing knife 💯🏆

That was great that everyone was able to see how a Pot Belly knife is made and used. Plus, that long bladed slicing knife that makes a one slice cut for each piece. Able to have a clean cut slice without sawing the fish with multiple cuts to get one slice. Never seen any kitchen knife like the two shown in this video.

_that forging process and technique is just superb for a knife but no ordinary knife, a tuna knife. worthy of a knife, craftsmanship and blacksmithing._
Amazing knife. Really enjoyed watching it being made. Enjoyed watching it being used just as much. Really made its form all the more understandable. Thanks as well for the display of the cutting and serving of the tuna as well. Quite educational. I only wish there were English subtitles so I know what was being said.
That forged cleaver was beautiful. Great work, my compliments to the blacksmith.

I don't have problem with the shape. But when I see they used easy-to-rust material quite disturbing me. They should use stainless steel to made knife for food. This is why I prefer sashimi cutting from Japanese rather than Chinese, because Japanese used stainless steel knife. I will not surprise if there are people could infected by rust material because of that Chinese knife.

@@nobodyjustme7481 most good knifes are made from carbon steel not stainless steel. stainless steel does not hold an edge like carbon steel. a thin coat of vegetable oil and they'll be no rust. @@DrTubeman 👍True,true... It won't be cheap though. Everybody wants a custom knife till they see the price. Typically only professionals buy them because they use them so much. You can pass it down multiple generations but most people just compare the price to a stainless Wal-Mart one and buy that dull piece of crap. It's kind of flustrating. I don't make very many.
