I have been asked that before. Maybe I will do a whole little video on it after the series is done. It's nothing crazy. I do it all by hand.

Ironbark in Australia is a VERY hard timber species Eucalyptus paniculate is the grey and E" drepanophylla is the red The fingerboard looks like the red the whole instrument looks beautiful.
