Thank you. Brings a tear to my eye. I’ve been hunting in the same camp for 47 seasons. Makes me miss my dad. It’s not just about killing a deer or how big it is but just the love of the time we spend together. The four generation is here now and I hope we can bring the same joy to their hunting. Thanks again.

Outstanding outstanding outstanding story I love videos like this.I am the oldest in my generation that is still living I'm only 50 LOL 51 + 7 more days I miss my dad and my grandpa stories hunting stories never got done with my grandad much I do remember one time my grandpa sat on a stump too crippled to walk very far and I was about six hunting with my dad for lots of years and he passed in 2011. Still trying to carry on the family tradition my son lives in San Diego he Hunter with me when he was young too young to hunt but he did actually come up not to him but to visit me during hunting season and got to hunt with me for two weeks that was so much fun he missed me last year but he promises this year we have a cabin that we can use any time of the year we want we remodeled it gave her a really good deal and she likes that it gets used we supply the wood she supplies the propane she used it once or twice a year and we keep it heated 60 days a year. I should video some of these trips just so my kids and their kids could see some of these trips. I know I'm rambling on but that was one outstanding video.

The people of America like Ronald's father who gave his life for our chance at freedom, his Grandfather who raised a second family, to give them a chance at freedom and people like Ronald who never looked back and complained about the cards that were dealt. I thank the Sleight family, like many other, great Americans.

I own property not far from this camp. In hunting this area of upstate New York since late 80’s. Extremely tough hunting. The Bucks Are spread out amongst a lot of land and steep terrain. But yet I love and look forward to hunting my upstate property every year.

I absolutely loved watching this and seeing, hearing about all the history about the camp, the hunts and the legacy that still continues here. Deer hunting and deer camps bringing relatives and old friends together every year is a tradition rooted deep in this country and this was one best video documentaries showing that. Bravo and two thumbs up!..

That was a fantastic bit of history, our camp is about that old. We also had cardboard walls, saved one piece. Names go back to /70's on that wall. All of us young fellows, now in our early fifties, and all our kids and friends. My Dad will be 86 in the fall, and camp bound he will be,God bless from Nova Scotia.
