Do I like this kinda episode??? I feel like I have been waiting for you to get back to this format for 2 years now! I love everything on the channel, but episodes like the compression episode in the labcoat are what make this channel stand out above the rest! "The Office" style humor and somehow unbelievably entertaining! Oh and that whole burying a pedal thing had my whole house "drying" in laughter!

These educational-episodes are why I found this channel, why I use pedals now, and why more than half of the pedals I’ve bought are JHS. I’d love to see one of these every week, but I understand that you’re pretty busy around there at the moment. By the way, the 3-series overdrive stacked with the Notaklon into my AC-30 is the best tone I’ve ever had. Thank you. Seriously.

Also worthy of note in the history of guitar vibrato is the "F.M. Vibrato Circuit" incorporated in the Magnatone amplifiers of the late 1950s. Fender "got alot of things right the first time" but their distinction between vibrato and tremelo was completely backwards.

Thank you for this video - I love everything about this! I am a long time chorus/vibrato fan. I wish ALL vibratos had the "rise" function - without that, I struggle with the vibrato if I can't control the "bloom" of the effect. The Waza VB2 has that and it's hard to really get behind a vibrato that does not have that function. I've even tried to have some modded though most modders won't touch that... but that Shaker might get a second chance. There is nothing like this sound.

One of my favourite Vibrato acquisitions is my Marshall Vibratrem .. Early 2000's I think .. Tough pedal similar to Boss-size with a switch to go from Tremolo to Vibrato .. Works great for me since I use tremolo more often than vibrato but can use both in a single pedal space .. Won't stop me from getting a Rotovibe some day and maybe even a Univibe after I win the lottery
