This week on the Sourdough Trials:
I bake my weekly loaf of standard sourdough.
Then, I continue experimenting with inclusions.
For this blueberry lemon zest loaf, I toss the blueberries in a bit of flour and zest the lemon into some sugar. I mix all this together before spreading of my dough.
I think this was my prettiest loaf (on the outside) yet. I still need to work on my inclusion technique as the blueberries were mostly on the top of the loaf, but once again, it tasted great.
