What's also really interesting: When you can squat within the same rep range, but with 100kg less (so only 140 to 190 instead of 240 to 290), you will still be a pretty strong dude

The 10 reps on 265 are mega mad! It's crazy to think that both Toshiki and Tao squat more than him...

They don't, Clarence squats ATG, Toshiki and Tao dont. Also, Clarence's best pause squat is 310kg, Tao's is 300kg. Best unpaused squat for Tao is 320, Toshiki 321, Clarence could did like 330 based on 310 Pause squat. And once more- he squats way deeper than Tao and Toshiki, also he's longer femurs, so that negatively affects his squat number.

@@francik4225 Nope. He squats paused because of injury. I do that too. When your knees are painful, you cannot do the bounce at the bottom, you need to pause. He can't squat more, if he don't pause. Tao and Toshiki both squat more than Clarence.

@@ConnoisseurOfExistence Xd. Pause squat is 85%-90% of your unpause squat. What a moron... And he didn't pause squatted cause of injury. Look at him now, he squats unpaused with perfect control without bounce. He could do like 340 in his prime.
