I have been consistently workouts, such as yoga, Pilates, and PT, but my rest periods have been longer. There are many reasons, such as the child being young or catching a cold. After thinking about how to incorporate workout into my daily life, I started climbing stairs. 'If you start small, you can easily continue.' I try to keep these words when creating habits. This time, I can make workout a lifelong routine, right?
