“I get perjury for filing a financial disclosure document”. Yes because you repeatedly got on the stand and lied about your finances! He literally told a story about how he was working “odd jobs” to pay his bills every month, while he was still gainfully employed. Stated he couldn’t pay child support or daycare bills because he didn’t have a job, yet he went to Florida and California on vacation while owing back child support, claiming he had a “sponsor” meaning his father paid for everything. I mean at this point I think he needs his brain examined for a mass because no one thinking with a full deck would attempt to repeatedly lie to everyone, blatant lies, that are easily disapproved. I feel so sorry for his children, I hope their stepfather is being a good role model of what a husband and father figure should be.

22:02 all valid points but at this timestamp this delusional habitual liar thinks when he gets through talking the sun will shine, the birds will sing, the flowers will bloom and he'll be out the door with a suspended sentence. Just a few year's ago he was facing divorce with around $125K in home equity and another $35K in liquid assets he and his wife would have split giving them $80K to begin again. He had a job, he had joint legal custody of his 2 children with every other weekend visitation during the school year, 3 full weeks of summertime custody, and rotating holiday custody. He had no alimony obligation and 32% of his income went to child support. He was able to file one of his children as a dependent on his taxes. He could go to any of the Doctor appointments, school functions, and extracurricular activities unrestricted. And this genius not only threw that all away plus spent year's of incarceration for acting like the fool he is because his wife didn't want him anymore and he couldn't stomach the rejection and loss of control. He sees himself as a victim & champion but he's an abuser and a LOSER. It's not sad but it is mind-boggling.

Thank you ONJ for all you do for my education and entertainment you’ve put a smile on my face, in my heart and allowed me to remind myself what a miserable life it is being on the wrong side of the law and not that I’ve ever even thought of being a criminal again, but what a great reminder that crime doesn’t pay and in fact once you get in Nevada’s criminal justice system you’ll probably do some time. Idk y I thought MM was well over 30 and maybe in his 40’s only to find out he’s still in his 20’s😳, oh my! With the almost dozen felonies he ended up w he’s dam lucky to only do 2 yrs. Unfortunately, I seriously doubt it will be the wake up he needs but I hope and pray for him that it is anyway. What’s most mind blowing to me about this whole fiasco is that drugs have no part, lol. You must know from watching countless hearings the majority of offenders have substance abuse problems or their crimes driven by the chase of money for drugs or crimes are committed under the influence or both. This man is bat shit crazy stone cold sober and that tickles the shit out of me because at least the majority have an excuse but MM is just a pos, what u see is what u get. No wonder his parents never show up to a single hearing because they’re obviously shit parents to begin with. I have some compassion for him having shit parents and someone teaching him this manipulation, I do. That being said, he’s an abusive pos and refuses to own his own shit and that’s where the sympathy stops and the happiness comes from being able to watch him act a fool and play the victim. It’s a nightmare for this family for no less than the next decade or so and as entertaining as this was I’m not oblivious to the fact this is not a comedy but a tragic and unfortunate set of circumstances for 2 small children that are affected the most. I mean no disrespect to these families and I get no pleasure from others misfortune. Matt, you’ve been so helpful and funny throughout and it was a pleasure reading your posts! Be safe...😉

Again talking about the death of his attorney that happened 4 yrs ago and he has had 10 attornies since, so really who cares? MM even brings in Martin Luther King: He has a Dream! 29:03, and how he is a "Jailhouse lawyer", helping his fellow inmates, (if any of those prisoners listen to MM advise they are going to be in big trouble! Because it hasn't helped MM none").. Nice how MM mentions how Judge Hardcastle had just thrown him in jail just for sending presents to his kids, but, fails to include that he threatened D.D.A. Mishler about prosecuting him and that he invaded the District Attornies CLE's wearing a bullet proof vest stating he was an employee for Mr. Mueller and had a right to be there. The fact was, he was there to intimidate D.D.A. Mishler. OMG... The ultimate Gall of this guy!! 😆

He still takes ZERO responsibility. Very clear in Family Court is to have NO contact with wife and kids. NO CONTACT up to and including LITERALLY smoke signals. All he had to do was have a mental evaluation and take 52 classes to see his kids. He chooses not to. He chooses not to see his kids.

MM still claims he is doing everything he can to see his kids... He actually has. It is just that some of things were felonious and landed him in jail. So yeah. While in prison, he had no visitation with the children. That’s a normal set of circumstances he created.

Hearing convict say to the Judge, "I'm not a man who would have divorced", in context of the recordings, where he complains about her dating - it's frightening that he still thinks of the judge and society sees his territorial attitude towards people who chose to love him as a positive. Arguing that the judge should acquit him because he tried his best to keep her in his possession.

He fought with bailiffs and court security for multiple minutes. He did not cease and desist when his lawyer ordered him to stop. He does need psychiatric care, but he can not be allowed to rome free because he has no control of himself and he is a danger to everyone. The strength he showed while fighting with two bailiffs shows that he may now be using some mind altering drugs or steroids. He never seems to have any cognizant or cohesive thoughts. If any of the people who this attorney has brought to court watch how this defendant responds to questions or court orders it is hard to believe that they would stand up and testify "for" him.

I view it like this. Imagine how bad his behavior was that they ended up charging him with crimes that almost never get prosecuted. His continual denial and pretended ignorance forced the states hand. This is a man who still put forth evidence (the forged letter) and swore to its authenticity even after the judge voiced her concerns. She literally tried to give him and out and he charged right through. This is a guy who’s lies so blatantly that within 5 minutes of admitting he wrote letters to his children, proceeded to deny he wrote them TO THE JUDGE WHO JUST HEARD HIM. Of course those are just a few. His escalating behavior, to me, was summed up when he was arrested. He literally said “there was never an order that said I can’t see my kids” and “I just want to see my kids and now I’m being prosecuted as an enemy of the state”. This after years of there’s orders and his paranoia of some grand conspiracy. Add to that him showing up to court in a bullet proof vest. That sure seems like paranoid delusions to me. I only can pray that when he gets out he does not go the family annihilator/mass murder route.

So stupid of McDonald to try to re-argue the trial at sentencing as though the judge will suddenly say "I agree with you and I'm going to void the decision of the jury and release you from custody". He should have said "Sorry" about a dozen times and promised to comply with whatever the judge orders.

Here’s how I see it. I’m a family law attorney in Arizona and I see the things MM did every day in my practice, and I’ve never seen someone prosecuted for giving false testimony about income or filing a false document. I had a case where opposing party filed a forged medical bill, and the judge referred it to the AG but AG declined to prosecute. The difference I see in this case is the cumulative nature of MM’s violations, he just kept pushing, and behaving so poorly that eventually the family court department said enough, and the AG’s office said were going to make an example of this individual. I do think this is a tragic case. I agree MM brought this on himself, but I take no glee or pleasure in another man’s misfortune.

This is a tragic case and Michael posted every single video on KZitem and made himself at Target. I think the state went after him because they know he's dangerous and he did break the law several times. I was hoping he would get the mental health care he needed but it seems his lawyer didn't have time to make that happen. This judgment keeps his family safe for a little bit longer. I pray for this family and all families with domestic violence. We need a better system to keep people safe before it's too late
