The answer is to build the entire case as a heatsink if static pressure is your problem.

How will that help in measuring static pressure across the airflow cone? I'm sorry, but building a case so that it's like a heatsink is not going to help. This is a testing dilemma, not a build dilemma.

@@GlennsFastReviews It kinda does. People want high static pressure fans to control dust build up a lot of the time. Saw off a tower heatsink and solder in some wick's to a nice aluminium plate and you have a silent PC that can be overclocked to your hearts content. 0 moving parts and supper easy to make.

No, my video is about measuring static pressure, not about a case that will make fans obsolete. Besides, such a case would be entirely unpractical because of the customization needs required. If you have an idea for such a case, make a blueprint build one. Please stick to the topic of my video - SP measurement.
