You're damn right we will. I saw him for one of those uso shows. The man gave me a hug we talked for a few minutes and I got to let him know how his music was there as an integral part of the soundtrack of my life for so many years throughout the 90s. Like when I met my daughter's mother. Took advantage I want to hear songs playing in the background and I got that first kiss and yeah a little army of daughters later yep hahaha. Unfortunately yeah you're divorced now. I was in tears when I learned of this man's passing. 🫡🇺🇸🙏

My scout troop uses American Soldier after Taps for flag retirement. When flags are cut into proper sections then placed into a fire for proper retirement. The next morning, grommets are sifted out. Ashes collected ,placed in a container and laid to rest with honors. Be blessed my brother in Christ.

My son has never been a fan of country music. He's more into heavy metal & some old rock. Until he heard, Shoulda Been A Cowboy! He absolutely loves that song. Also, when my oldest grandson was maybe 4 yrs old, he listened to music with me. He loved Toby! When he was maybe 6 or 7, Toby came to Peoria, IL so I took him to the concert. We both loved it & a great memory for both of us ❤️

I used to rodeo in Southern Kansas. Argonia, Conway Springs, Medicine Lodge and Dodge City. Had a horse ranch just outside of Clearwater. Team roper. Just amateurs. When ever local ranchers neded to move cattle from off one pasture to another they called us. We were always happy to oblige. We'd load up our horses and cow dogs, grab some good cheer to put in our saddle bags and move cattle. It was just South of Wichita on what was once the Chisholm trail. My friends and I moved hundreds and hundreds of cattle on the Chisholm trail. I did 23 years in the US military. To this day combat team and cowboy buddies were the best men I've ever met.

Mr. Keith you will be greatly missed. I was and continue to be a fan not just of your music but of your dedication to your music and this great country. Angry American put a voice to what we were all feeling after 9-11. I was just a high school kid but I wanted to do something to help so I joined the Army after I graduated. It seems corny but, when I was in basic they were playing American Soldier at the finish to our final ruck march and that was such a proud day for me. Your music was there for important moments that I will never forget. You will not be forgotten, thank you for all you have given us.
