What's crazy is how these young men have to be hyper sensitive and aware of their surroundings. They are ALWAYS looking behind themselves and each other. Their fathers failed them and they will also fail their children. These people will ALWAYS be victims of this vicious cycle, the system and generational poverty. Even when they make a few dollars, it never gets passed on to their next generation; because they lack financial literacy and intellect.

Anyway, 22gz sheff & sleepy the Goatzzz of N.Y drill
@staxx2353
Жыл бұрын
@@jdmm3243 the inspiration from the UK drill came later. 22GZ found a UK drill beat by accident for looking for a DJ L lil herb type beat he didn’t know the producer was from the UK at the time. Because UK drill wasn’t even big how it now during that time. And the UK producer would name their type beats based on US rappers because that’s the was audience they were originally trying to target. The UK influence came later with Sheff G because when the early scenes when Sheff G came out everyone thought he was from the UK. That was what link NY and UK drill closer. And Sheff G began collabing with UK artists
