Here's the story of construction of the Krishna Temple in Spanish Fork, Utah and the famed Festival of Colors, the biggest Holi in Americas, as told by none other than couple behind the whole effort - Caru Das (Chris Warden) and Christine Warden (Vaibhavi Devi Dasi).
This mini documentary film explains about the story of their life, how the destiny brought them together and later to Utah, and the tale behind the building of such a incredibly splendid monument in the middle of nowhere.
Filmed exclusively on GoPro Hero 5 for the ground shots. All of the aerial shots were filmed on my DJI Mavic Pro.
The footage was edited in Final Cut Pro X. I did make use of few LUTs in the color correction.

The footage was filmed in compliance with FAA, Utah State and Spanish Fork city guidelines for drones. All of the footage was recorded with drone flying below 400 ft (120m), and all of the helports (including the Salem Airport) in 5 miles radius were notified of the flight plan in advance. The drone at no point flew over the crowd (it was always either on the periphery or the covered tents)
