6 eggs
150g (2/3 cup) sugar
30 g (1 oz) melted butter
150g (1¼ cups) all-purpose flour
For covering:
120 g (4 ¼ oz) sweetened condensed milk
Cream:
250 g (8¾ oz) low-fat quark
150 g (5¼ oz) mascarpone
250 ml (1 cup) 30% cream
60 g (½ cup) powdered sugar
500 g (1 lb 1¾ oz) strawberries
Molding:
200 ml (¾ cup + 2 tbsp) raspberry syrup
250 ml (1 cup) water
24 g (¾ oz) red cake frosting
Bake: 180 °C / 356 °F for 25 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan: 22 cm x 30 cm (8.66 inches x 11.81 inches)
