I saw this in the theater, when I was about 11 years old with my long suffering father, who just Sat there quietly, and successfully managed to will himself to go to sleep. I have no idea what I was expecting, I really do not remember, but I do strongly remember that whatever it was, I did not get it. I do remember them saying that he would be able to shoot a knife blade out of his hand, and I kept waiting for that, because it sounded really cool, but all we ever saw with those lame little semi circular, animated rays. I mentioned that to my dad and he said I am pretty sure those were supposed to be the knife blades I remember, trying to explain the movie to my friends the next Monday at school more than actually seeing the movie itself. For some reason I was trying to make it sound good because it was only like the fourth movie ever actually seen the theater.

I think the only way to describe this film is pure insanity. First off, there must have been heavy laughter from the UN delegates once they saw Princess Dragonman's outfit. As for my own superhero, I once accepted a friendly challenge to come up with a superhero character decades ago. I came up with Ryan Drake, Witchfinder. Basically, a sorcerer who also knows martial arts. Spike from Buffy, The Vampire Slayer was a big inspiration at the time.
