Canada has no shortage of swamps but this one is my favourite, mainly because it is basically in our backyard (Canada scale). A 30 min bike ride gets me to a very scenic location that fills with magnificent frog concerto at dusk. I've picked up a new hobby of field recording that compliments my lifelong hobbies photography and filmmaking, trying to improve on my sound design, feel free to let me know what tools and techniques you're using to capture the ambient sounds of nature. You can listen to a sample of the frog concerto at the end of the video. I could not find music that I was hoping for, so I ended up making my first musical attempt to somehow fit the vibe I was going for, apologies for that. It offers extra flexibility but eats away at my limited time. If only humans were more efficient and did not have to sleep.
