Just making these now, taste amazing but my bloody puff thawed too much on my travels… rolled and freezing them a bit before cooking, hopefully the puff puffs!!

Puff pastry is indeed going to thaw if left under warm or room temperature so the best way to use them in every recipe is to have them chilled in the fridge first and be used immediately whilst still cold.
